Essex Mini League - Round 5

HSC members will be sent an invitation from the coaches via email/Club Organiser.

Halstead are hosting this round at the Braintree Swimming Centre.

All volunteers should make themselves known to Helen.

If you enjoy swimming, have a basic knowledge of all four swimming strokes, and are willing to commit to training sessions with Halstead Swimming Club's professional coaches, we will teach you:

  • Racing stroke technique

  • Racing dives/starts from blocks

  • Tumble turns

  • Stamina & endurance training towards excellent physical fitness

  • Give you the opportunity to take part in competitions.

Boys and girls from 7 years old can apply for a trial.
