To help those Year 11 - Year 13 swimmers, the East Region have moved the 15 year + events earlier than before to avoid disruption of revisions.
The 15+ events will be held 28-30th March in Norwich & 3rd May in Norwich
28 March 2025 Norwich 15+ 800m Freestyle Racing to start at 7pm Projected session length – one hour
29-30 March 2025 Norwich 15+ events, Para Swimming, national relays
