A successful day for Halstead’s more mature swimmers yesterday at Essex Masters. Some great swims and we finished overall in 5th position.

Some highlights included- Neil nailing his back to breast turn - Chris wearing a tech suit inside out (to be fair I suspect no one has tried that before and maybe it’s quicker….)

Most of us followed a Lewis-esque schedule (for those that don’t know, that means swimming far too many events) and are still in recovery.
